PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sunshade device that allows a shade member to be arranged easily at a use position while maintaining its appearance.SOLUTION: A sunshade device 1, arranged to a vehicle door 2 including a door body 10 and a door frame 11 provided on a vehicle upper side of the door body 10 and forming a window opening part together with the door body 10, includes: a shade member 16 provided to a door body 10 and pullable upwardly of the vehicle, and a supporting member 17 provided along an upper end of the shade member 16, extending in front and rear directions of the vehicle, and having a front end part 17a protruding forward and a rear end part 17b protruding rearward, and also includes a pair of engaging parts 20 and 30 attached to a door frame 11 at positions corresponding to the front end part 17a and the rear end part 17b of the supporting member 17, respectively, when the shade member 16 is pulled out, and for engaging with the front end part 17a and the rear end part 17b, respectively, to hold the shade member 16 at a position covering the window opening part 3.
