Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that the plastic filing binder to file a large amount of piece of paper easily comes off at the shock from the external, since a total mass of piece of paper is large.SOLUTION: In a filing binder, a locking concave (33) is provided at a rear side of a head part (32) of each strut (18), and at an inner wall surface of a receiving hole (24) of a top plate (12), an elastic deformable locking member (37) having a locking claw (37') that can elastically lock to the locking concave (33) is provided. In addition, a second locking concave (59) is provided at a subordinate position to the locking concave (33) and also a front face side of each strut (18). Corresponding to the above, the second locking claw (57) to lock the locking concave (59) is provided at an inner face of the receiving hole (24) of the top plate (12).
