PART SERVING SYSTEM IN ASSEMBLY LINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a part serving system capable of shortening a recovery line of a tray emptied since a mounted part is assembled to a workpiece, shortening the traveling path of a traveling truck for conveying a part, and shortening the conveying line where the part is assembled to the workpiece.SOLUTION: The part serving system is comprised of a plurality of successive parallel conveying lines 2 for conveying a workpieces W mounted on a conveying pallet 3, and includes a part serving station 7 arranged at each upper stream end in the conveying direction of the adjacent conveying lines 2 and including a parts rack 17, a conveying truck separation station 4 arranged at one side of each upper stream end in the conveying direction of the adjacent conveying lines 2, and a conveying truck connection station 5 arranged at one side of each downstream end in the conveying direction of the adjacent conveying lines 2. The part serving station 7 of the one conveying line 2, the conveying truck separation station 4, and the conveying truck connection station 5 of the other conveying line 2 are connected, and a track K for a self-traveling conveying truck 8 is arranged.
