Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reclining seating structure that can provide a balanced sitting comfort to users throughout a wide tilting range.SOLUTION: A backrest is connected to a seat part including a front portion and a rear portion and the rear portion of the seat part pivots relative to the front portion when the backrest is tilted. The backrest includes an upper portion and a lower portion. The upper portion is pivotable relative to the lower portion between a neutral position and an extended position, with the upper portion being pivotable relative to the lower portion independent of the tilt position of the backrest.
