The automatic breadmaking machine 1 further includes: a first temperature detector 21; a second temperature detector 22 arranged at a position different from that of the first temperature detector 21; and a selector 110 for selecting one course to be executed from among the plurality of breadmaking courses adapted to environmental variations while taking into account of the first temperature detected by the first temperature detector 21 and the second temperature detected by the second temperature detector 22.
