Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique in which even where modalities differing between primary and secondary radiogram interpretations are used, the section in an acquired image with the different modalities is specified based on the primary finding and a user is provided with a medical image.SOLUTION: The image display device includes: an image specifying means configured such that an image of one area set as a first type obtained by photographing a subject with a first photographing system is used, and, in a plurality of images of a second type obtained by photographing the subject using a second photographing device with a second photographing system different from the first photographing system, an image with an area highest in correlation with the image of the one area is specified; and a display control means configured such that the specified image of the second type is displayed on a display part. If the first imaged surface of the image of the first type is different from the second imaged surface of the image of the second type, the image specifying means recomposes images of the second type, thereby forming recomposed images corresponding to the first imaged surface. Then, the image specifying means calculates the value of the correlation of each recomposed image with the image of the one area, and selects the recomposed image that has the highest value of the correlation.
