Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive circuit and driving method for a stepping motor capable of reducing heat generation of the stepping motor more than a conventional one, and a tube pump and driving method therefor.SOLUTION: A rotational position of a stepping motor 2 is detected by a control position detector 6 provided at the stepping motor 2. A position deviation between the rotational position of the stepping motor 2 and a rotational position according to command information is calculated. When the rotation is stopped, an amplitude value of a driving current of a stator winding is increased and decreased according to the positional deviation.
