An abnormality detection part 24 detects abnormality on the basis of the update state of the inspection data imparted to the image read periodically from the frame memory 23. If there is abnormal writing of the image into the frame memory 23, the inspection data is not updated, which facilitates the detection of the abnormal writing of the image.
