Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive electronic device having a simple configuration in which a conditional expression for reducing the common mode noise can be satisfied without using a common mode choke even when there are a parasitic inductance and a parasitic capacitance dependent on the configuration of wiring pattern of an LSI and a printed wiring board.SOLUTION: An electronic device 100 housing a printed wiring board 20 mounting an LSI 10 in a housing 30 is provided with a connector 40 for making electrical connection with the printed wiring board 20 from the outside of the housing 30 via a cable. Near the connector 40, a bypass capacitor BP1 is inserted between the high potential wiring (power supply wiring VCC) and the low potential wiring (ground wiring GND) of a printed wiring board connected with the LSI 10. A capacitive element 50 is inserted between the ground plane on the housing side and at least one of the high potential wiring or low potential wiring.
