Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact valve release mechanism that eliminates manual adjustment in manufacturing at an inexpensive manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: The valve release mechanism includes an actuator 22, a ring 18, a plurality of ball bearings 20, and a retainer 26. The ring 18 includes a channel disposed along a ring inner-diameter portion and a land part. The retainer 26 includes a plurality of circumferentially spaced holes 38 therein. The ball bearings 20 are received in the plurality of holes 38. When the ring 18 is in a first position, the ball bearings 20 are pushed to a groove 42 by the land part of the inner-diameter portion of the ring 18. The resulting interference of the ball bearings 20 with a poppet 30 locks the poppet 30 in the first closed position. When the ring 18 is a second position, a channel 52 receives the ball bearings 20. |
