Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urethane-modified polyimide-based flame-retardant resin composition excellent in solubility in a nonnitrogen-based solvent, varnish stability, low-temperature drying/curing properties, low warpage, flexibility, printability, and flame retardancy and also excellent in heat resistance, chemical resistance, electrical characteristics, workability, and economic efficiency.SOLUTION: The urethane-modified polyimide-based flame-retardant resin composition includes (A) a urethane-modified polyimide-based resin having a urethane bond, produced using a trivalent and/or tetravalent polycarboxylic acid derivative having an acid anhydride group, a diol compound, an aliphatic polyamine residue derivative and/or an aromatic polyamine residue derivative as essential components, (B) an epoxy resin comprising at least one selected from a dimer acid-modified epoxy resin, an acrylonitrile butadiene rubber-modified epoxy resin, a polyoxyalkylene glycol-modified epoxy resin, an alkylenediol-modified epoxy resin, and epoxidized polybutadiene, (C) an inorganic or organic filler, and (D) a nonhalogen-based flame retardant.
