VEHICLE REAR BODY STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle rear body structure that is capable of preventing damage of a fuel hose by deformation of a vehicle body member, when external force to the vehicle body front acts on the vehicle.SOLUTION: The vehicle rear body structure includes a fuel tank 2 arranged in a lower position of a rear floor panel 1, a spare tire pan 3 formed in a vehicle body rear side position separated at predetermined intervals from this fuel tank 2, a breather pipe 31 arranged outside the spare tire pan 3 and extending to the vehicle body rear, and a breather hose 32 fitted and connected to the downstream end of the breather pipe 31. The downstream end of a curved pipe 31c of the breather pipe 31 is formed so as to turn in the vehicle width direction in a space S between the fuel tank 2 and the spare tire pan 3, and the breather hose 32 has a curved part 32a transferring to the vehicle body front toward the inside in the vehicle width direction, and is provided with a guide 42 arranged at least in the rear of a vehicle body of the curved part 32a in the space S and transferring to the vehicle body front toward the inside in the vehicle width direction.
