DEHUMIDIFYING AND HEATING APPARATUS AND CLOTHES DRYER USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately detect abnormality of drainage of dehumidification water by improving sensitivity with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A dehumidifying and heating apparatus comprises: a drain pan 13 for receiving dew condensation water; a first coolant temperature measuring device 10 for measuring a temperature of a coolant with a first temperature measuring part 8 provided on a piping 6 connecting a compressor 2 and a radiator 3 to each other; a second coolant temperature measuring device 12 for measuring a condensation temperature inside the radiator 3 with a second temperature measuring part 11; and a control unit 9 for controlling an operation of the compressor 2 in accordance with temperature information obtained by the first coolant temperature measuring device 10 and the second coolant temperature measuring device 12. The first temperature measuring part 8 is disposed in the drain pan 13 in a portion lower in a gravity direction than an overflow line of the drain pan 13, and the control unit 9 intermittently lowers the number of revolution of the compressor 2.
