Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect seal leakage and/or seal oil contamination at an early stage.SOLUTION: A system 100 includes: a casing 102 which covers at least a part of a rotator 104, is used for housing a coolant gas 103 having a certain cubic volume around the rotator 104, and includes multiple fixing seals; and terminal housings 120 located at each terminal of the casing 102 and in which seal systems 121 through which the rotator 104 penetrates are included and part of a cooling gas 103 is leaked from the casing 102 to at least one sealing region 123; and a cooling gas supply source 108 flexibly connected with the casing 102 by a cooling gas regulator 110.
