PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel whose substantially whole surface can be pressed with a uniform force.SOLUTION: A touch panel includes: an upper electrode substrate 10 having an upper conductive film 30; a lower electrode substrate 20 having a lower conductive film 40; and a spacer 50 provided at edge portions of four sides of the upper electrode substrate 10 and lower conductive film 40 between the upper electrode substrate 10 and the lower electrode substrate 20. The upper conductive film 30 and the lower conductive film 40 are placed so as to face each other. A conductive part 80 having a predetermined height is provided on the lower conductive film 40 in the vicinity of the inside of the spacer 50.
