PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commercial facility data analysis device capable of categorizing a commercial facility in consideration of such an external factor as fluctuation in data on the commercial facility.SOLUTION: A commercial facility data analysis device 1 comprises: a commercial facility DB 13a which stores commercial facility data including environment data on an environment of a commercial facility, resource data on a resource, and geographic data on geography; and a facility position specification section 12a which positions each of a plurality of commercial facilities in a three-dimensional space having an environment axis, a resource axis and a geographic axis. The facility position specification section 12a positions the plurality of the commercial facilities in the three dimensional space by: obtaining the commercial facility data on each commercial facility from the commercial facility DB 13a, specifying a corresponding position of the commercial facility on the environment axis based on the environment data included in the obtained commercial facility data; specifying the corresponding position of the commercial facility on the resource axis based on the resource data; and specifying the corresponding position of the commercial facility on the geography axis based on the geographic data.
