PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode device for electrochemical measurement chip that can measure even liquid sample with high sensitivity and reliability and is suitable for simultaneous multipoint measurement and a disposable.SOLUTION: In an electrode device, a plurality of conductive electrode members 13 formed by mixture of conductive particles and an insulation material are held penetrating an insulation sheet 12 including an insulation material in a thickness direction thereof, end parts 13a of the electrode members 13 contact a liquid sample S including a measuring object, and other ends 13b of the electrode members 13 formed protruding externally from a rear face 12b of the insulation sheet 12 contact and electrically connect to electrodes 22 of a transducer 21.
