Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine control apparatus that can favorably discharge condensed water from an inter cooler into an air intake passage while suppressing an engine from being damaged by the condensed water and deterioration of drivability.SOLUTION: The engine control apparatus includes: a condensed water removal means 41 for performing a condensed water removal control that discharges the condensed water from a condensed water removal passage into the air intake passage more downstream than an intake adjustment valve by varying pressure at one side and the other side of the condensed water removal passage by adjusting opening degree of an intake adjustment valve; a determination means 43 for determining whether the engine is in an idle state; and a prohibition means 44 for prohibiting execution of the condensed water removal control by the condensed water removal means 41 when it is determined by the determination means 43 that the engine is in the idle state.
