PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a number of nozzles driven simultaneously, and align ink discharging positions for each inclined nozzle in parallel with respect to the scanning direction.SOLUTION: An ink discharging device includes: a line forming means for forming, on a recording medium, lines for ink droplets discharged from a plurality of nozzles arranged with a predetermined interval maintained between each other; a delaying means for setting a predetermined time difference for each of the plurality of nozzles with respect to the timing of discharging ink droplets from the plurality of nozzles; a recording medium conveying device for conveying the medium at a predetermined speed; a calculation means for calculating a predetermined angle formed according to the ink droplet line direction and the medium conveying direction, based on the predetermined interval maintained between the plurality of nozzles, the predetermined time difference set by the delaying means and the predetermined speed of the recording medium; and a nozzle arranging means for arranging the plurality of nozzles on a head by inclining, relative to the recording medium conveying direction, the nozzles by only a predetermined angle calculated by the calculation means.
