Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated body which is obtained by adhering a polyacrylonitrile resin film to a polyolefin resin film by the use of no adhesive agent, which prevents the leaking of foreign substances and residual solvent and the like and exhibits excellent oxygen-impermeability, chemical resistance, aroma retention property and heat sealability.SOLUTION: A covalent bond is formed between atoms in a polyacrylonitrile resin film and atoms in a polyolefin resin film, in at least a portion of the polyacrylonitrile resin film and the polyolefin resin film. The polyacrylonitrile resin film is adhered to the polyolefin resin film with no adhesive agent.
