PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer data while eliminating the influence of reduction in the data transfer rate occurring in a network section as much as possible, when the data is transmitted from a client PC to the device by the isochronous transfer system in a system where the data can be transmitted/received between the client PC and the device on the network via a device server.SOLUTION: A clint PC determines that the response information is received by forging and processing the response information to a data output request in its own device, and requests next data output without waiting the response information from the device. Meanwhile, a device server controls the operation to discard the response information from the device and not to return the response information to the clint PC.
