Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal panel and a liquid crystal display device which have high uniformity of transmittance within a screen in overall white as well as halftone.SOLUTION: To a pixel at a close distance from an input terminal, a distance d between a TFT substrate 3 and a counter substrate 5 is made smaller to make alignment control force greater. To a pixel at a far distance from the input terminal, the distance d between the TFT substrate 3 and the counter substrate 5 is made greater to make the alignment control force smaller. Thus, a rotation angle of liquid crystals 4 is changed. Accordingly, non-uniformity of transmittance within a screen due to delay of signal waveform by wiring resistance of gate wiring or drain wiring is compensated for.
