Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission device that includes an output shaft rotatably supported to a support, an input gear rotatably assembled to the output shaft, a support member rotatably assembled to the input gear and the output shaft, a detent part integrally attached to the support member, and a positioning member fixed to the support and engaged with the detent part to prevent the rotation of the support member; connects the output shaft and the input gear to transmit the rotation of the input gear to the output shaft; and prevents the occurrence of impact noise due to the impact of the detent part with the positioning member.SOLUTION: A positioning member 33 includes an engagement convex part 42 with a slit 49 formed thereon; the engagement convex part 42 is fitted with an engagement concave part 41 in a state where the respective portions of the engagement convex part 42 separated by the slit 49 are elastically deformed in a direction to approach to each other, and thereby allowing the respective portions of the engagement convex part 42 to come into pressure-contact with respective surfaces that partition the engagement concave part 41.
