SILENCER FOR LAMINATED LEAF SPRING AND LAMINATED LEAF SPRING USING THE SILENCER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silencer advantageous for improving the efficiency of assembling work of a laminated leaf spring.SOLUTION: The silencer includes two split bodies. A back surface 4404 of a planar part 44 of the one split body 42 faces a first leaf spring 12; a front surface 4402 of the planar part 44 faces a second leaf spring 14; and a columnar part 46 and a locking part 48 are inserted to a silencer mounting hole 1402. A back surface 4404 of a planar part 44 of the other split body 42 faces a third leaf spring 16; a front surface 4402 of the planar part 44 faces the second leaf spring 14; and the columnar part 46 and the locking part 48 of the other split body 42 are inserted into the silencer mounting hole 1402. Thereby, the silencer 40 is prevented from moving along a plane direction of the second leaf spring 14 by the columnar part 46. As a locking face 5202 of a locking projection 52 in each split body 42 engages with the other, the planar part 44 of each split body 42 is prevented from moving in a direction to separate from the other and the silencer 40 is mounted.
