Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosetting resin composition curable with ultraviolet rays in a short time, and exhibiting both of moisture-barrierness and solvent-barrierness at high levels in sealing of photoelectric conversion elements and photoluminescent elements, and to provide a sealing agent and a dye-sensitized solar cell.SOLUTION: The gas-barrier photosetting resin composition contains the following components (A) to (D): (A) a hydrogenated novolac epoxy resin; (B) a cationic polymerizable compound other than the component (A); (C) a photo-cationic polymerization initiator; and (D) an inorganic filler.
