Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin care method having little load on skin, which can make skin pores inconspicuous by easily suppressing sebum.SOLUTION: The skin care method includes: a bottomed container 2 having an opening surface 2a; and an ion generating part 10 for generating positive ions and negative ions by discharging in the air due to application of a high voltage in the container 2. The ion generating part 10 is driven while tightly closing the inside of the container 2 by closing the opening surface 2a by a skin surface and the ions generated by the ion generating part 10 are brought into contact with the skin surface.
