Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical communication network system connecting a master station communication device and a plurality of slave station communication devices by a PON system, capable of decreasing a frequency of signal collision.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an optical communication network system connects a master station communication device and a plurality of slave station communication devices by a PON system. The master station communication device determines an arrival timing of a response signal transmitted to the master station communication device from each of the slave station communication devices next time; calculates a value related to a transmission timing that makes the response signal arrive at the arrival timing; and notifies each of the slave station communication devices of a calculation result. Each of the slave station communication devices holds a value related to the transmission timing that is notified from the master station communication device, and transmits the response signal after standing by for time based on the value related to the transmission timing held therein when receiving a detection signal from the master station communication device if holding the value related to the transmission timing.
