PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus which improves reliability for a heat history.SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus 1 includes: a substrate 3 in which an electronic component 2 is mounted on an upper surface; a frame body 4 provided on the upper surface of the substrate 3 so as to enclose the electronic component 2 in a plain view and having an attachment part A; an input and output terminal 5 attached to the attachment part A and electrically connected with the electronic component 2; and a lid 6 provided above the frame body 4 and covering the electronic component 2. The lid 6 extends downward from both end parts 6a in a cross-sectional view, and extended lower end parts 6b respectively have extension parts 7 attached to an external substrate S. Since the extension parts 7 alleviate stress, the reliability is improved for a heat history.
