Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic photoelectric conversion element having enhanced energy conversion efficiency with high productivity.SOLUTION: The tandem organic photoelectric conversion element has two or more photoelectric conversion layers. The organic photoelectric conversion element has at least one recombination layer containing 70 mass% or more of an organic matter, and a charge transport layer which transports electrons or holes selectively between at least one pair of adjoining photoelectric conversion layers out of the two or more photoelectric conversion layers. The recombination layer has electric conductivity of 5-50,000 S/cm.
