PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch device capable of illuminating an operation part of a panel without using a light guide plate.SOLUTION: A switch device 1 includes: a case 2 provided with a panel 21 having translucency on its front surface; a substrate 3 which is housed in the case 2; and a display label 4 which is stuck to the front surface of the panel 21. A bending piece 23 of the panel 21 includes a flexible part 231 formed of two through grooves extending in parallel in a longitudinal direction and an operation part 232 formed of a circular through groove which communicates with an end part of the through groove forming the flexible part 231. A columnar extension part 233 extends backward from a rear surface of the operation part 232. A push-button switch 31 and a light-emitting element 33 (LED) are mounted on a front surface of the substrate 3. The panel 21 is formed of a translucent material, so the extension part 233 guides a light from the light-emitting element 33 to the operation part 232.
