Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decoding display apparatus of a coded video signal which can specify a display position and display size of sub-video in precision of a frame unit, and is flexible in a specifying method.SOLUTION: A decoding apparatus comprises: auxiliary information analysis means for analyzing auxiliary information including display auxiliary information about a display position and display size of sub-video and application time information for applying the display auxiliary information; a reference time counter for indicating reference time for decode/display of video; comparison means for comparing the application time information with the reference time counter; display screen forming means for forming a display screen using main video and the sub-video; and control means for controlling the display screen forming means.
