PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductive film for improving an image defect such as a void and having improved durability as an intermediate transfer body even in continuous and repeated output of images, and to provide an image forming apparatus having the semiconductive film.SOLUTION: The semiconductive film 7 contains a thermoplastic resin and acetylene black by 19 mass% or more and 30 mass% or less with respect to the thermoplastic resin, and has a volume resistivity of 1×10 cm or more and 1×10 cm or less. The density of particles by number of the acetylene black observed in a cross section of the semiconductive film is 20 particles/μmor more, and an average distance between adjacent walls of the acetylene black particles is 120 nm or less.
