Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-pump type heating water heater capable of reducing the cause of disturbing a temperature formation layer in a hot water tank, miniaturizing the hot water tank, dealing with both heating and hot water supply loads, and reducing a water heating temperature to the heat pump to carry out highly efficient operation.SOLUTION: The heat-pump type heating water heater includes: a heat pump unit 2; a hot water tank 3 for storing hot water heated by the heat pump unit 2; a heating flow path 5 for feeding the hot water stored in the hot water tank 3 through a heater 4 to return again into the tank 3; a hot water flow path 6 into which cold water flows to deliver hot water, a heating flow path 7 for feeding hot water in the bottom of the tank 3 through the heat pump unit 2 to return again into the tank 3; and a hot water heat exchanger 8 disposed outside the hot water tank 3 to exchange heat between the cold water flowing through the hot water flow path 6 and the hot water flowing through the heating flow path 7 toward the heat pump.
