PARTITION PANEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partition panel composed of a honeycomb core material integrally sandwiched between a front and a rear panel plates, which has light weight and simple structure, capable of maintaining strength with reduced costs.SOLUTION: A partition panel is composed of a honeycomb core material 2 integrally sandwiched between a front and a rear plates 3 and 3 made of steel. The honeycomb core material and the panel plates are bonded without allowing the ends of the front and rear panel plates to come in contact with each other. The ends of the front and rear panel plates are connected each other with reinforcement metal fittings 4 and 4A on at least one of the right and left sides. The panel plate has a bent recess 12 extending from an inner edge of an edge plate 10 at the periphery of a surface plate 9 to the lateral inside. An engaging hole 20 is formed in the recess of each of the front and rear panel plates. The reinforcement metal fitting includes a connection plate 21 which can be connected to the bottom portion of a fitting recess 14 defined by the recesses of the front and the rear panel plates, and claw pieces 22 formed on both ends of the connection plate. The both claw pieces engage with the corresponding holes of the both panel plates, respectively.
