Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably produce coke for a blast furnace which has required coke strength from coal, particularly, from blended coal blended with a large quantity of low-grade coal such as non- or slightly-caking coal.SOLUTION: In the method for producing coke for a blast furnace by pulverizing coal and charging the pulverized coal to a coke furnace, the coal is pulverized in such a manner that the ratio (mass%) of -3 mm after the pulverization is controlled to be ≥Z (mass%) defined by a formula (1), and is charged to the coke furnace. The formula (1) is: Z (mass%)=C1×DIz+C2×Tz+C3×Tz×DIz+C4; wherein, Tz denotes a furnace temperature, DIz denotes a target coke strength, and C1 to C4 denote coefficients defined by multiple regression analysis.
