Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle suspension device with an elasticity bush, which can easily carry out adjustment of the alignment with a simple structure.SOLUTION: The suspension device includes: a bush body (12) having an inner cylinder (15), an outer cylinder (13), and an elastic member (14); a mounting shaft (11) which is fixed to a side member (20) and supports the bush body (12), while being inserted in an inner cylinder (15) of the bush body (12); and a stopper (16) that is disposed at both side edges of the inner cylinder (15) of the bush body (12) and restricts the displacement in the axial direction of the bush body (12). While forming the screw parts (11f, 11g) at the circumference of a mounting shaft (11), a pair of nuts (17) screwing together the screw parts (11f, 11g) are provided, and the bush body (12) inserted to the mounting shaft (11) is pinched from both sides of the inner cylinders (15) with the pair of nuts (17) through the stopper (16) and fixed to the mounting shaft (11).
