Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel for dispensing with installation work of spokes, capable of reducing weight, always easily repairing the periphery of a seat frame part, and capable of preventing a user from nipping hands between the spokes when a wheelchair travels, by eliminating the spokes.SOLUTION: An outer ring 2 of forming the circumferential inside in a hollow shape is freely rotatably installed on the outer periphery of an inner ring 1 of forming the circumferential inside in a hollow shape by interposing rollers 3, and a tire 4 is installed on the outer periphery of the outer ring 2.
