MECHANISM FOR HOLDING PARALLELISM OF DIE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for holding the parallelism of a die by which the parallelism of the die is held, service life of the die is prolonged and also working accuracy is improved, by offsetting the variation in the parallelism between a slide and a bolster each other, which is caused by eccentric load of a press machine.SOLUTION: In the mechanism 1 for holding the parallelism of the die, an adjusting member 151 which is large in the area in a plane view and large in a vertical elastic modulus is arranged at a portion corresponding to a portion where press load per unit area of the upper die 9 in a plane view between an upper die 9 and a slide 4 is large. An adjusting member 152 which is small in the area in the plane view and small in the vertical elastic modulus is arranged at the portion corresponding to a portion where the press load per unit area of the upper die 9 in the plane view between the upper die 9 and the slide 4 is small.
