ORGANIC MATTER THERMAL DECOMPOSITION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic matter thermal decomposition device which can prevent the corrosion by a corrosive gas generated with the thermal decomposition of a halogen-containing organic matter and which is easy to perform the post-treatment of the thermal decomposition gas including the corrosive gas.SOLUTION: In the organic matter thermal decomposition device 1 which pyrolyzes the organic matter containing a halogen compound by employing the external heat type rotary kiln system having an external heat furnace 21 installed therein so as to cover an inner tube 11, it is provided with the inner tube 11 in which gas exhaust pipes 12a, 12b to externally discharge the thermal decomposition gas to the temperature area of the thermal decomposition temperature or more are installed, the external heat furnace 21 to cover the exit parts 13a, 13b of the gas exhaust pipes 12a, 12b installed around the outer periphery of the inner tube 11, a divided gas recovering chamber 31 and a gas exhaust pipe 32 to evacuate the thermal decomposition gas exhausted to the gas recovering chamber 31.
