PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifting storage device which can smoothly perform stop operation and lifting operation at a prescribed position of a storage shelf.SOLUTION: The lifting storage device 1 includes: an outside box 2 which has at least a top plate and both side plates, and an opening in a bottom surface side; and a storage shelf 3 which has at least a bottom plate, both side plates, and a back plate, and a handle 4 protruding downward from the bottom plate, and is made to freely lift between a position stored in the outside box and a position protruding from the opening of the outside box toward the lower position, wherein at an outside surface 31b of both side plates 31, 31 of the storage shelf, a stopper member 5 having a stopper projecting portion 51 which is configured to freely rise and set at the inside and outside of a housing 50 is disposed, at an inner surface 21a of both side plates 21, 21, a concave portion 6 which locks the stopper projecting portion is disposed, and the handle has a lock releasing unit 7 which releases a locking state of the stopper projecting portion and the recessed portion.
