WALKING TYPE MOWER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a walking type mower with a simple structure, which can save power for rotating a mowing blade, while performing mowing work by advancing a traveling machine body and the mowing work by reversely moving the traveling machine body.SOLUTION: The mowing blade 10 is supported under a motor part E so as to be turnable around a vertical axis P2, the motor part E and the mowing blade 10 is supported on the traveling machine body 1 so as to be swingable around a lateral axis P1. The mower is also provided with an inclined posture changing mechanism which changes postures of the motor part E and the blade 10 to a front down inclined posture where the front of the mowing blade 10 swings downward, and to a rear down inclined posture where the rear of the mowing blade 10 swings downward.
