Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To check validity of a route during the operation of a network.SOLUTION: A receiving part 1a receives packets. An extraction part 1b extracts a test packet 7a which verifies a route to be verified among the received packets. A storage part 1c stores first route information which indicates the route of the transmission destination of the packets received by the receiving part 1a and second route information which switches the route of the transmission destination of the packets indicated in the first route information to the route to be verified. A determination part 1d determines the route of the transmission destination of the test packet 7a based on the second route information stored in the storage part 1c when the extraction part 1b extracts the test packet 7a. A transmission part 1e transmits the test packet 7a according to the route determined by the determination part 1d.
