Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assign appropriate arithmetic tasks under the consideration of arithmetic capability held by an arithmetic unit which executes an arithmetic operation by using a power which originates from natural energy in the case of executing an arithmetic operation.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a task management device including a capability information acquisition part for, from an arithmetic unit which executes an arithmetic operation by using a power which originates from natural energy, acquiring capability information showing the arithmetic capability of the arithmetic unit predicted on the basis of the weather information of an area in which the arithmetic unit is installed; and a task management part for, on the basis of the capability information acquired from the plurality of arithmetic units by the capability information acquisition part, assigning arithmetic tasks to the plurality of arithmetic units.
