Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particulate detector which performs collection of particulates to a collection member efficiently with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A particulate detector includes a collection member which is exposed to exhaust gas, is formed into a shape for branching exhaust gas in a contact part with exhaust gas, and collects particulates included in exhaust gas, and detection means which detects the occurrence of leakage of particulates or the occurrence of deposition of particulates based on particulates collected by the collection member.
