Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in a high pressure shell type compressor having a delivery valve mechanism wherein refrigerating machine oil is also sent out to an external refrigerant circuit side along with high pressure refrigerant gas, and the compressor becomes short of refrigerating machine oil when carrying out pressure equalization with a suction space via an oil supply mechanism provided in a main shaft since a discharge opening is closed by a delivery valve when equalizing a high pressure space and a low pressure space of a refrigerant circuit via a compressor.SOLUTION: The delivery valve mechanism of the high pressure shell type scroll compressor includes an opening larger than a cross sectional area in a direction perpendicular to an axial direction of the main shaft of a bearing clearance between a rocking part of the main shaft and a rocking bearing of a swing scroll, and smaller than an opening area of the discharge opening.
