PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stay that prevents tip deflection of an instrument panel and vibration of a top surface thereof, and inhibits a steering vibration.SOLUTION: A stay 150, which connects a plurality of members in the space in back of an instrument panel 110 of a vehicle to maintain a position relationship between the connected members, includes: one end part 151 to be attached to a steering support member 120 that extends in a vehicle width direction in back of the instrument panel 110 and both ends of which are secured to a vehicle body; an intermediate part 153 that extends forwardly of the vehicle from the one end part 151 toward a dash panel 210 and is attached to the dash panel 210; and the other end part 152 that extends upward from the intermediate part 153 toward a tip part 112 of the instrument panel 110 on the forward side of the vehicle and is attached to the tip part 112.
