Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover structure of a vehicle speed sensor harness for an in-vehicle power unit which prevents the sensor harness extending from the vehicle speed sensor from catching an external article since the sensor harness is arranged inside an outer cover member and prevents the sensor harness from interfering with a movable part inside the outer cover member, and is inconspicuous in terms of the appearance and not worse in an external view.SOLUTION: The cover structure of a vehicle speed sensor harness for an in-vehicle power unit is configured in such a manner that: a rotary member to be detected (42v) is integrally provided with an outer part arranged outside the driving rotary member (43) of the projected part of the final output shaft (42) of a power unit (10); a vehicle speed sensor (70) is supported inside an outer cover member (50) by bringing a detection part (72) close to the rotary member to be detected (42v); and the portion of the sensor harness (75) extending from the vehicle speed sensor (70) disposed inside the outer cover member (50) is covered from the inside with an inner cover member (60) disposed along the inner surface of the outer cover member (50).
