Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate and an instrument in which a body fluid such as blood can flow without clogging and a virus in a body can be efficiently removed or inactivated.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a polymer substrate is provided which is formed by graft-polymerizing a (meth) acrylic acid with a hollow fiber comprising a polyolefin as a substrate and which removes or inactivates a human immunodeficiency virus, an instrument having the polymer substrate for removal or inactivation of the human immunodeficiency virus, and a method using the instrument for removal or inactivation of the human immunodeficiency virus.
