Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit structure and an electric connection box capable of accurately connecting circuit boards.SOLUTION: This circuit structure 15 comprises a first circuit board 40; a second circuit board 50; a holding member 20 for holding the first circuit board 40 and the second circuit board 50; and a coupling connector 60 having a terminal fitting 61 whose two ends are connected to through holes 41A, 51A of the respective circuit boards 40, 50, a pedestal part 62 holding the ends of the terminal fitting 61 while they are projecting, and a mounting part 64 communicated from the pedestal part 62 and mounted to the holding member 20. A positioning part 33 for positioning and fixing the coupling connector 60 while one end of the terminal fitting 61 is inserted in the through hole 41A of the first circuit board 40 by mounting the mounting part 64 of the coupling connector 60 is provided on the holding member 20.
