Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation device which can be operated without entailing sight movements.SOLUTION: An operation device 1 mainly comprises: a main body 10 having an opening 107; a support part 12 which has an opening 120 and which is supported by the main body 10 in such a manner as to be movable in one direction; a position sensor 122 which detects the travel distance of the support part 12 with respect to the main body 10 so as to output position signals; an operation lever 13 which is inserted into the opening 120 of the support part 12 and is arranged to be movable inside the opening 120; a lever position sensor 130 which detects the travel distance of the operation lever 13 with respect to the support part 12 so as to output lever position signals; an adjustment dial 15 which is arranged to be rotatable with respect to the operation lever 13; and a dial sensor 150 which detects the rotation amount of the adjustment dial 15 with respect to the operation lever 13 so as to output rotational position signals.
